Approved Mortgage has been my “home” since 2009. Working for a locally owned, growing company has been a perfect fit for me. I love personally knowing the people I work with and for. Also, even though my contribution to the company is “behind the scenes”, I enjoy watching our team connect people with their dream of home ownership and being able to celebrate in those successes.

I have two roles within Approved Mortgage. As Accounting Manager, I oversee all areas of finance including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and banking and reconciliation. My team and I also help facilitate the annual audit. We take great care in providing accurate financial reporting to the leadership team for projections and analysis.

In my role as HR Manager, I serve as a liaison with our PEO partner and support our team in any way I can. Our HR team is responsible for attracting and hiring new talent and to keep our finger on the pulse of our company culture. In this role, I also maintain HR records including PTO, bonus programs, and policy handbooks. We strive to set up each Team Member to succeed.

When I am not working, you will most likely find me with my husband of 34 years. We enjoy hiking and kayaking and spending time with our growing family. I also love a good book!
